Kate is very thorough, intelligent and has an amazing bedside manner. Whenever I have a critical need whether it be using Teladoc or an in person office visit, they do their best to accommodate based on symptoms. When you dont feel good you need to be seen within a reasonable amount of time and not days or weeks later like so many practices do now. Pricilla is so personable and prompt at returning messages after reviewing with Kate or taking care of the other front office duties. The best practice I've ever been to really. I didn't know this level of personal care was possible. Anything I need their office takes care of it instantly.
